New Diver? This Is How You Build Experience.

One of the biggest challenges after certification is simply finding opportunities to keep diving.

Divers Cove fun dives give newer divers a way to continue building:

  • Buoyancy control

  • Equipment familiarity

  • Confidence in different conditions

  • Overall dive experience

You don't need to wait until your next vacation to dive.

South Florida gives us access to year-round diving right here at home.

Our schedule includes deeper wrecks, drift diving, specialty dives, and destinations designed for experienced divers who want to stay active and continue exploring.

Meet Other Local Divers

Need a dive buddy?

You're not alone.

One of the goals of the Divers Cove Fun Dive program is to connect local divers.

Come diving with us, meet other certified divers and become part of a community that actually gets underwater.

We'll organize the dive.

You bring your certification, equipment and sense of adventure.

Training Opportunities

Many of our fun dives can also become the next step in your dive education.

Depending on the dive and instructor availability, you may be able to work toward certifications including:

Advanced Open Water Diver

Expand your experience and qualify for many of South Florida's deeper wreck dives.

Enriched Air Nitrox

Increase your allowable no-decompression time compared with air on many dive profiles and make the most of appropriate deeper and repetitive diving.

Wreck Diver Specialty

Develop the skills and knowledge needed to safely plan and explore wreck dives.

Deep Diver Specialty

Build experience planning and conducting dives beyond the traditional recreational Open Water depth range.

Ask the Divers Cove team which training options are available on your selected dive.
