Customers are responsible for inbound and return shipping charges.

We strongly recommend insuring your shipment for the appropriate replacement value of your equipment.

3. We Document Your Equipment When It Arrives

Your equipment is documented before service begins.

When your package arrives at Divers Cove, we:

  • Photograph the equipment as received
  • Document the equipment and configuration
  • Record the incoming intermediate pressure (IP)
  • Perform an initial inspection
  • Identify visible damage, wear or service concerns

This creates a documented baseline of your equipment's condition before service begins.

4. You Receive a Service Quote

After our initial inspection, Divers Cove will provide you with a service quote for approval.

If additional repairs become necessary during the service and require more than $50 in parts outside the normal manufacturer service kit, we'll stop and contact you for authorization before proceeding.

You'll stay in control of unexpected repair costs.

5. Your Regulator Is Professionally Serviced

Our technicians disassemble, inspect, clean, service, reassemble and adjust your regulator following applicable manufacturer service procedures.

Divers Cove uses OEM manufacturer parts and service kits when servicing your equipment.

Our technicians maintain brand-specific service training and recertify their training by brand every two years.

6. Your Equipment Is Tested & Documented

After service, your regulator is adjusted and tested before being released.

A service report will be emailed to you, giving you documentation of the service performed on your equipment.

Keep this report with your equipment service records, particularly if you participate in a manufacturer Parts for Life or free-parts program.

7. Your Equipment Is Returned

Once your service is complete and your invoice has been paid, your equipment is securely packaged and shipped back to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Manufacturer eligibility must be confirmed before qualifying service-kit parts can be provided without charge.

If eligibility cannot be verified, the applicable service kits and parts will be charged at the normal rate.

Labor and other service charges are not automatically included because equipment qualifies for a manufacturer parts program.

Manufacturer program requirements vary by brand and equipment. Eligibility is determined according to the applicable manufacturer's program requirements.

Regulator maintenance shouldn't depend on remembering when you last had your equipment serviced.

After your service is completed, Divers Cove will keep your service date on file and send you a reminder when it's time to have your equipment serviced again.

Regular servicing helps keep your scuba equipment performing at its best and can be especially important for divers participating in eligible manufacturer Parts for Life or free-parts programs, which may require servicing at specified intervals.

We'll help you stay on top of your maintenance schedule so your equipment stays dive-ready and in tip-top shape.

Manufacturer program requirements vary. Customers remain responsible for maintaining the documentation and service intervals required by their specific manufacturer's program.
