30-Day Return Policy

We offer full refunds on eligible items returned within 30 days of purchase.

To Qualify for a Full Refund:

Return within 30 days of your purchase date
Original packaging - Item must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging
Tags attached - All tags, labels, and documentation must be intact
Unused condition - Item must be unused, unworn, and in new condition
Proof of purchase - Original receipt or order confirmation required


How to Return Your Item

2. Package Your Item Securely
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. Pack securely to prevent damage during shipping.

3. Ship Your Return
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

4. Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your full refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.


Important Information

Return Shipping Costs

You pay return shipping. We recommend choosing a carrier with tracking and insurance to ensure your item arrives safely back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Masks, snorkels, or mouthpieces that have been used or tried in water
  • Wetsuits, boots, or gloves that have been worn in water
  • Regulators or BCDs that have been submerged or used
  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • eLearning or digital products

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or provide a full refund. Contact us immediately at (954) 473-1220.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help! Contact us to arrange an exchange. You’ll cover shipping both ways unless the item is defective.
