With more than 15 years as a PADI Divemaster at Divers Cove, Harvey Quinton has become a familiar face both above and below the surface. Known for his infectious sense of humor, welcoming personality, and passion for sharing the underwater world, Harvey has helped hundreds of divers create unforgettable memories exploring South Florida's reefs and wrecks.

When he's not underwater, Harvey is a Professor at Nova Southeastern University's College of Dental Medicine, where he is equally passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of dental professionals. Whether he's in the classroom or on a dive boat, Harvey has a natural ability to educate, encourage, and make people feel comfortable.

Harvey's love for scuba diving is contagious. He enjoys discovering new dive sites, revisiting local favorites, and introducing divers to the incredible marine life that makes South Florida one of the world's premier diving destinations. As the leader of Harvey's South Florida Fun Dive Expeditions, he brings together divers of all experience levels to explore everything from colorful reefs and drift dives to historic wrecks and seasonal marine life encounters.

If there's one thing Harvey won't do, it's dive in cold water! Warm tropical waters are definitely his happy place, and you'll never have to convince him to put on a drysuit. His philosophy is simple: life is too short to be cold when there are amazing warm-water adventures waiting just offshore.

One of Harvey's greatest joys is supporting new divers as they begin their scuba journey. Whether he's assisting students during training, mentoring newly certified divers on their first fun dives, or helping experienced divers discover a new favorite dive site, he's always eager to share his knowledge and enthusiasm.
